Every night before I go to sleep, I close my eyes and think of the things I had done, the things I want to do and those things I know I'll never accomplish.
Every night I lay in bed awake, listening to the sounds of the house. Sometimes it seems as if it is alive and settling in for the night also.
Every night after my wife falls asleep, I listen to her breathe and wonder what she is she dreaming.
Every night just when I'm about to fall asleep, I hear myself breathe my last breath before I too, fall asleep.
Every night. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
