Another hot day is expected in Virginia. The high is expected to be about 100 degrees with a heat temperature index near 105 degrees. Alighty then!
Recommendations are to stay inside, keep cool, hydrate, eat and IF you have to go outside, wear a hat and use sunscreen.
Now is not the time to be "playin da fool"!
